<br />COVID-19 MODIFIED POOLRULES <br />OPERATING UNDER MODIFIED SCHEDULE <br />CONDITIONS OF FACILITY ENTRYAll personsshall: <br />Notexhibitany of the following symptoms: <br />Fever orchillsNausea or vomitingDiarrhea <br />CoughCongestion or runnyMuscleor body aches <br />nose <br />FatigueNewloss of tasteor <br />Shortness of breathsmell <br />Headache <br />or difficulty breathing <br />Sore throat <br />Nothaveopen wounds/sores,contagious disease, or active diarrhea within 14 <br />days. <br />Submit to a temporal scan fordetermination of theirbody temperature. <br />Notbe allowed entry with abody temperature of 100.4°For higher. <br />Always wear a face mask/coveringper CDC guidelinesonpremises. <br />Provide full name anda contact phone numberfor recordation by staff. <br />Sanitize hands. <br />CONDITIONS OF FACILITY USECompliance ismandatory: <br />6-feet of physical separation from pool staff andother patrons shall ALWAYS be <br />maintainedto themaximum extent practicable. <br />Face mask/covering shall ALWAYSbe worn except when swimming. <br />Personal itemsshall onlybe placed at designated areas. County shall NOTbe <br />responsiblefor the securityor loss of such items. <br />Allswimmers shallshower at designatedlocationprior to entering pool.Use of <br />shampoo/soap is NOTpermitted. <br />Spectator areas/seatingandlocker roomsare closed/off-limits. <br />Restroomaccessshall be provided ONLY upon request. <br />Showeruse is NOTpermitted forpost-swim rinsingor bathing. <br />Loitering on pool deck or at entrances/exits is NOTpermitted. <br />SWIMMINGPOOL USE RULES: <br />Only individual lap swimming is permittedwith reasonable accommodations <br />providedfor disabled patrons.Team/club use is not allowed. <br />Swimmers must remain intheir assigned pool lane. <br />Swimmers mustbe comfortable swimming in deep water. <br />Swimmers may be accompaniedinto the facility by not more thanone (1)caregiver, <br />parent/guardianorresponsible adult <br />Swimmers must exit thewaterimmediately at theirdesignated time and exit the <br />facility in an orderly, purposeful and timelymanner. <br />Penalty provisions: <br />Pursuant to Hawai‘iRevised Statutes Section 127A-29, any personviolating <br />theserulesshall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, fined not more <br />than $5,000 or imprisoned for not more than oneyear, or both. <br />
