LEEWARD PLANNING COMMISSION COUNTY OF HAWAII HEARING TRANSCRIPT SEPTEMBER 21, 2020 A regularly advertised hearing on the application of SBA TOWERS V LLC (USE 20-000083) was called to order at 3:30 p.m. via live-stream online meeting, with Chairperson Nancy Carr Smith presiding. The subject property is located at 81-1106 Nani Kupuna Place, approximately 1,165 feet east(mauka) of Hawaii Belt Road, Haleki`i-Kalukalu (Mauka), South Kona, Hawaii, TMK: (3) 8-1-001: Portion of 026.
