Solid Waste Division Announces New Traffic Pattern at the Hilo Transfer Station
Effective Friday, November 27, 2020
The County of Hawai‘i, Department of Environmental Management, Solid Waste
Division, is announcing that the Hilo Transfer Station will be implementing a new
residential traffic pattern for refuse disposal. This change is being made to allow for an
improved traffic flow within the facility.
