Temporary Closure of the Scrap Metal and Appliance drop off area at the
Hilo Recycling and Transfer Station on Wednesday, November 25, 2020
Hilo Scrap Metal and Appliances drop off area at the Hilo Transfer Station will be
closed on Wednesday, November 25, 2020. The Scrap Metal and White Goods
services should reopen as regularly scheduled on Friday, November 27, 2020, from
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

All Solid Waste Facilities, which includes the Administrative Offices, Transfer Stations,
