Based on the Mayor's Proclamation regarding COVID-19, this meeting will be online. This is to
prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to maintain social distancing. The public may attend either

STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC: Anyone wishing to provide written testimony on an agenda
item may do so by submitting it in writing or by fax. To ensure timely delivery to commissioners
prior to the meeting, written testimony must be submitted before 12:00 noon on the business
day prior to the meeting by email to PequenoEMC@gmail.com. When submitting written
testimony, please specify what agenda item it is being submitted for. All written testimony will
be part of the permanent record.
Testimony in real time will be permitted to the extent possible.

9. ANNOUNCEMENTS
The next meeting is scheduled for February 24, 2021, at a location to be determined or
online. Please contact the Department of Environmental Management or monitor the
website for updates.

The regular meeting place is accessible to persons with disabilities. To request an auxiliary aid or

Notice to lobbyists: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai'i County Clerk within five days of becoming
a lobbyist. [Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawai'i County Code.] A lobbyist means "any individual engaged for pay or
other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose
of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with
public officials." [Article 15, Section 2-91.3(a)(6), Hawai'i County Code.] Registration forms and expenditure report
