Role of the Chair and Vice-Chair
The Chair is the Presiding Officer o f the Committee and the Vice Chair is the Presiding Officer in the absence of the Chair.

The C2CLS focuses on improving the interface
between the community and its local
government featuring:
• information sharing,
• education/awareness raising,
• collaborative problem solving,
• and action to advance community resilience initiatives.
The C2CLS will support Community and
County partnerships with access to critical
information/data, connections to technical
experts and resource partners, and network
building opportunities to advance district level
and island-wide resilience.
