2. Form an “Ad Hoc Site Visit Committee” for the 2021 Suggestions, select members,
select sites, and determine deadlines.

VI. DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT:
Property Manager Hamana Ventura will answer any questions from the commissioners
regarding the items of financial matters and other concerns.
VII.UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Report from the Ad Hoc Committee Site Committee reporting and posting.
VIII.ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. The next virtual meeting tentatively scheduled for May 10, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to
3:00 p.m. or sooner

IX. ADJOURNMENT
SUBMITTING TESTIMONY
A person desiring to submit written testimony shall indicate his/her name; address; and whether
the testimony is on his/her behalf or as a representative of an organization or individual. If the
testimony is being submitted on behalf of an organization, documentation showing membership
ratification should accompany the testimony. Public testimony can be submitted by mail or
email. Public testimony submitted by mail, should be mailed to: Public Access, Open Space,
and Natural Resources Preservation Commission, 25 Aupuni St. Suite 1101, Hilo, Hawai‘i
96720. Mailed testimony should be received no later than 5 days before the next scheduled
meeting, allow for mailing and thorough Commission review. Public testimony that is submitted
by email to: ponctestimony@hawaiicounty.gov, should be submitted before 4:30 pm by March
1, 2021.
NOTE: Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modifica-
tion, or language interpretation to access this meeting, please contact Commission
Secretary, Maxine Cutler (808) 961-8069 as soon as possible, but no later than five
days prior to the meeting date, to arrange for accommodations. “Other reasonable
modification” refers to communication methods or devices for people with disabilities who are
mentally and/or physically challenged.

NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS
If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai‘i County Clerk within five days of becom-
ing a lobbyist. (Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawai‘i County Code). A lobbyist means, “Any in-
dividual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month
or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or adminis-
trative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials.” (Article
15, Section 2-91.3(a) (6), Hawai‘i County Code) Registration forms and expenditure report doc-
