EXECUTIVE SESSION
The commission will meet in executive session to work on the selection of the new Fire
Chief and may consult with Corporation Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to
the commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS
92-5 (a) (2) and (4) and the Hawaii County Charter Section 13-20 (b).
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Work on the selection of the new Fire Chief: Conduct interviews of the candidates
and deliberate on the selection.
The five finalists are: William Bergin, Garrett Kim, Daniel Manning, Robert Perreira,
and Kazuo Todd. Written testimony on these finalists may be sent to:
