EXECUTIVE SESSION (CLOSED SESSION) The commission anticipates convening an executive session regarding the above matter, pursuant to Hawai'i Revised Statutes Sections 92-4, 92-5 (a) (2) and 92-5 (a) (4), where the consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved and for the purpose of consulting with the commission's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. An affirmative 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive meeting. (OPEN SESSION) AGENDA ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING ANNOUNCEMENTS • The commission's next monthly meeting is scheduled for July 14, 2021, in the Office of Aging Conference Room, 1055 Kino'ole St., Hilo, Hawai'i.
