• Fire Commission's annual report
EXECUTIVE SESSION (CLOSED SESSION)
The commission anticipates convening an executive session regarding Robert
Perreira's appeal to the Merit Appeals Board, pursuant to Hawai'i Revised Statutes
Sections 92-4, 92-5 (a) (2) and 92-5 (a) (4), where the consideration of matters affecting
privacy will be involved and for the purpose of consulting with the commission's attorney
on questions and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, privileges,
immunities, and liabilities. An affirmative 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is
necessary to hold an executive meeting.

The commission's next monthly meeting is scheduled for August 11, 2021, at 9:00
a.m., in the West Hawai'i Civic Center, Building G Conference Room, Kailua-Kona.
