The hearing may be held with up to 20 people in the room to ensure physical distancing and safe practices can be maintained based on the size of the room. All persons are required to wear a face covering over their nose and mouth subject to an allowed exception under the Mayor's Rule. NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai'i County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist (Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawai'i County Code).
