In a letter to you dated May 21, 2021, you were notified that the Residential Credits would only
be allowed through June 2021, due to changes to the Hawaii County Code which removed this
provision from the code. As a result of ongoing discussions to possibly restructure the
residential credits, the Department of Environmental Management will allow the residential
credits to continue until further notice.

Business Services Section at 808-961-8339 or swdacctnanag.hawaiicounty.gov . For all other
inquiries, please call the Solid Waste Administration at 808-961-8270 or
swd&hawai icounty.gov.
