Dear Environmental Management Commission Chair and Commissioners:
The court ruled against me for not paying my gang-cesspool sewer bill. Two
judges said that I have no standing in my own trial.
Any law professor can study the evidence which I provided in my defence.
Law students may learn what “standing” means, and how judges can decide
that a county code supercedes state and federal statutes. I am still perplexed.
There is a lesson here to be learned by all Hawaii County citizens. This is a
real head scratcher.
