We have prepared an explanation as to why the County has
decided to proceed under a Design/Build procurement for the construction portion of the
secondary wastewater treatment (WWTP) (see Attachment A).
The County considers the Design/Build construction alternative to give us the best chance
to meet the AOC LCC closure deadline of March 9, 2023.
Thank you for your patience and your continued conversations with our team in efforts to
get this project to the finish line.
