Dear Environmental Management Commission Chair and Commissioners:
The list of people who want to be a new judge in Kona was in the
newspaper. County Atty. Mark Disher is included.
Disher took me to court because I refuse to pay my bill for the county’s
illegal gang-cesspool in Naalehu (EMC Agenda Item 7. C. ii. 1.). He won because
the judges helped him out by telling me I have no standing in my own trial.
Now Disher wants to be a judge too. He will only add more tilt to the scales
of justice on the Big Island. This will leave West Hawaii citizens less able to hold
their civil rights.
Sure, you can fight city hall in Hilo -- but you can’t win. People like Disher
do not belong on the bench.
