Subject: Request to Postpone Planning Commission Meeting for Special Special
Permit Application (SPP 21-000227)

In order to have more time to review and address recent feedback from the Department of Public
Works relating to the supplemental information provided for the project, we would like to
request the Planning Commission hearing on this item be delayed.
We wish to provide a comprehensive and thorough response to the concerns expressed by the
Commission. We appreciate the time Commissioners volunteer to review these applications and
want them to have enough time to review any additional materials relating to this application.
