•Yes.
7)Did preform an inspection at the subject property?
•Yes in 2021.
8)What did you observe when you inspected the subject property?
•The property had one (1) primary residence with a storage/accessory building
9)In 1998, when the determination was made that there were two (2) units on the subject property
the Wastewater Division was under the Department of Public Works, correct?
•Yes.
10)In 1998, when an inspector inspected a property how would they determine if it was one(1) or
two(2) units?
•If the structure was habitable and had plumbing fixtures then it was considered a
unit.
11)Was that the correct determination?
•Yes.
