•As the DEM’s Business Manager, I serve as the head of its Business Services
Section. I am responsible for, among other things, planning, directing and
administering the DEM’s financial affairs including all fiscal, contracting and
personnel matters in collaboration with the DEM’s Director in order to obtain the
financial objectives based on the DEM’s goals and policies. Additionally, I
formulate and make recommendations on policies and programs for the DEM’s
financial and organizational planning and analysis activities.

•I am familiar with the sewer account for this property.
