APPROVAL OF MINUTES: November 16 and December 14, 2021 <br /> <br />Action: C. Okumura motioned to approve the November 16, 2021 minutes. <br /> Seconded by K. Umeda. Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Action: K. Umeda motioned to approve the December 14, 2021 minutes. <br /> Seconded by G. Donev.
