SUBJECT: Amendment to Contingency Relief Fund Resolution No. 79-21
By means of this communication, I am proposing an amendment to Resolution No. 79-21 to
adjust the amount appropriated from $1,000 to $2,000 for the Hawai`i Island Chef Challenge.
The proposed amendment to the BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED clause is illustrated below in
Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 79-21 (material to be deleted is
bracketed and stricken; material to be added is underscored).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council ofthe County of Hawai`i
hereby transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below:
