A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE PRIMER AND BASE PAINT FOR
THE STANLEY COSTALES WAIAKEA-UKA GYM.
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is undertaking a project to repaint
the Stanley Costales Waiakea-Uka Gym; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase
primer and base paint for the repainting of the Stanley Costales Waiakea-Uka Gym; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to purchase primer and base paint for the repainting of the Stanley Costales
Waiakea-Uka Gym.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby
transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and Director of Finance, and that the Director
of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of
this resolution.
