A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE ON FINANCE AND
DESIGNATING THE CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Rule 5 (Committees) and Rule 6 (Standing Committees)
ofthe Rules of Procedure and Organization of the Council ofthe County of Hawaii, the following
members are hereby appointed to the Committee on Finance:
1. Maile Medeiros David
2. Herbert M. "Tim" Richards III
3. Aaron S.Y. Chung
4. Karen Eoff
5. Matt Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder
6. Ashley L. Kierkiewicz
7. Susan "Sue" Keohokapu-Lee Loy

9. Rebecca Villegas
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Council Member Maile Medeiros David and Council
Member Herbert M. "Tim" Richards III are hereby designated Chair and Vice Chair, respectively,
of said Committee on Finance.
