Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21 ), which was signed into
law by President Obama on July 6, 2012
Reimbursement program - all project costs must be paid for locally, and then
appropriate documentation may be submitted for up to 80 percent Federal
reimbursement of those costs
In Hawaii, the Oahu Metropolitan Planning Organization (OahuMPO) shall select
projects, in consultation with the Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) , for
