SUBJECT: Resolution No. 593-18, Draft 2; A Resolution Transferring/Appropriating
Contingency Relief Funds to Provide a Grant to the Waiakea High School
Foundation.
Attached is Resolution No. 593-18, Draft 2. Resolution No. 593-18 was amended with the
contents of Communication No. 895.2, as duly approved by the Council on May 21, 2018.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 24-1(e) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution, and adopted
Resolution No. 593-18, as amended to Draft 2.
