SUBJECT: Request for an update on the application for a sign variance at the Holiday Inn
Express & Suites.
I am requesting 10 minutes for an update by the Department of Public Works or the Planning
Department regarding the sign variance request by Kona Hospitality LLC for the Holiday Inn
Express & Suites. I understand that the matter has been referred to the Kailua Village Design
Commission agenda for April 9, the same day as the next available Council Committee meetings.
Please place this item on the agenda of the next available Public Works and Mass Transit
Committee meeting on April 9, 2019.
