Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney to provide a grant to Hale Kipa, Inc.,to assist with expenses relating to its
Ka`i Like Program.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,900 from the Clerk-Council Services—
