Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney to provide a grant to YWCA of Hawai`i Island to assist with expenses
relating to the 2019 Family Violence Summit.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$750 from the Clerk-Council Services—
