RE: Proposed amendment to Bill No. 134; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 3, Article
1, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition,As Amended), Relating to
Sign Code Variances.
Please see below a proposed amendment to SECTION 6 of Bill No. 134. The proposed
amendment is illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 134;
material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken and new material is underlined.
SECTION 6 of Bill No. 134, is amended to read as follows:
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall take effect [upon its approval.] on
June 1, 2020."
Due to the limited scope of the amendment, a draft copy of Bill No. 134, Draft 2, is not attached.
