Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney to provide a grant to Ku'ikahi Mediation Center Inc., to assist with
expenses relating to its Rapid Response Landlord-Tenant Mediation Program.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,297 from the Clerk-Council Services—
