SUBJECT: Proposed, Amendment to Resolution No. 692-20; a Resolution adopting and
supporting the `Aina Aloha Economic Futures Initiative for the County of
Hawaii.

Please see below a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 692-20. This amendment adds the
Governor to the list of recipients ofthis resolution.
The proposed amendment is illustrated below in Ramseyer format as applied to the current
contents of Resolution No. 692-20. Material to be added is underscored.
Resolution No. 692-20 is amended by amending the last enacting clause to read as follows:
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this
resolution to the Honorable David Y. Ige, Governor, Alan M. Oshima, Hawaii Economic and
Community Recovery and Resiliency Navigator, the Honorable Harry Kim, Mayor, and Diane
Ley, Director of the Department of Research and Development."
Due to the limited scope of this amendment, a draft copy ofthe draft 2 of this resolution that
would result if this proposed amendment is adopted is not attached.
