SUBJECT: Request for update on Hawaii County's budget outlook.
I am requesting approximately 30 minutes for a discussion with the Administration that will
include updates on the following topics:
1) Contract awards for 89-day temporary hires;
2) Contract awards for Request(s) for Proposals;
3) Proposed departmental transfers of funds; and
4) Follow-up on proposed new positions.
Please refer this matter to the appropriate Committee. I am requesting a breach of deadlines for
placement on a September 1, 2020, Committee agenda.
