Coordination Center
The Coordination Center on Hawai’i Island offers free service
to help residents navigate critical financial, housing, and
health-related issues.
The Center is designed to help residents with free one-on-one
coaching and connectivity to community-based and
government supported services.
The Center’s objective is to ensure lack of knowledge about
available resources doesn’t stand between residents and the
help they need.

Homeowner Assistance Program
•Overview
•HAF will provide Hawai’i homeowners who are
experiencing financial hardship after January 21,
2020, associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and
have incomes at or below 150% of the area median
income with assistance that will lead to long-term
mortgage resolution.
•Grants up to $30,000 to assist homeowners who are
in financial hardship pay past due mortgages or
reduce monthly payments.
