COST- $150.00 per child (Includes $30.00 Activity Fee)
(Activity Fee to be used for pizza or bento, snack prep, prizes and admission fees)
(Payment must be made in cash, money order or certified check only).
No personal checks will be accepted.
PROGRAM: The program will consist of a spectrum of arts and crafts
projects, indoor/outdoor games, sports, music, dance, nature
exploration, swimming, special events and excursions.
AGE GROUP: Completed Kindergarten through Grade 6.
ENROLLMENT LIMIT- 60 3

NOTE: Tentatively, a free lunch program is being planned. Snacks are
optional. In the event the free lunch program is unavailable, participants
must bring their own lunch daily.
REGISTRATION: April 4, 2022, Monday, 9:00 a.m., at Waiakea Uka Gym
until enrollment is met.
