Softball Throw & Frisbee Throw
Running Events: 40 Yard Dash, 100 Meter Run,
400 Meter Run & 800 Meter Run
Fitness Challenge: Push ups, Sit ups, Pull ups
Age Groups: 5-6 years old (6U), 7-8 years old (8U),
9-10 years old (10U), 11-12 years old (12U), 13-14 years old (14U)
