Written Testimony: The Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) encourages the public to
submit thoughts, comments, and input via written testimony. To ensure timely delivery to HCHA
Members prior to the meeting, written testimony must be submitted no later than 12 noon.
Monday, April 4, 20221 by: (1) email to ohcd@hawaiicoun ov, or (2) facsimile to (808) 961-
8685. All written testimony, regardless of time of receipt, will be made a part of the permanent

A. Approval of the Public Housing Agency Annual Plan for the Housing Choice
Voucher (HCV) Program for the County of Hawai'i
B. Request approval for a Resolution Adopting the 2022 County of Hawai`i's Action
Plan and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute and Submit the Action Plan and All Other
Related Documents to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD)
C. Request approval to enter into an agreement with the United States Department of
Housing and Urban Development to the Planning Department to receive $6,862,000
Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) funds for the County
of Hawaii (Per Article 13, Sections 2-68 and 2-73 of the County Charter)
