Date AVK Z b 2022 FUEL TAX LEGISLATION Sect. 123-3.1 HRS 1955 Enables, empowers and authorizes each of the boards of Supervisors of the city and county of Honolulu and the counties of Maui, Kauai and Hawaii, to determine the amount of the county fuel tax. Res. No. 147-57 06/05/57 Fuel tax increase to 3 cents per gallon. Res. No. 129-77 09/07/77 Fuel tax increase to 5 cents per gallon. Res. No. 397-88 03/25/88 Fuel tax increase to 8.8 cents per gallon.
