ATTENDANCE Present: D9 Michael Konowicz, Chair D2 Matthias Kusch D4 Madie Greene D5 Shannon Matson D6 Kenneth Obenski D7 Daniel Malakie III D8 Karie Wakat Absent D1 Neal Herbert, Vice Chair D3 Vacant Additional: Robert Command, Deputy Managing Director Malia Kekai, Deputy Corporation Counsel Jeannie Miskovich, COG Secretary Officer of the Mayor [2:121 STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC: None COMMUNICATIONS: None [2:151 DISCUSSION, REVIEW, AND ACTION ON UPDATED RULES FOR THE COST OF GOVERNMENT COMMISSION Discussion: Chair Konowicz pointed out a formatting issue and suggested changes to the formatting starting with Public Information and Access to be assigned "Section 12" which will cause changes through Section 16. Commissioner Kusch made the Motion to approve the Rules as Amended Commissioner Matson Seconded the Motion Roll Call Vote: All Ayes / Unanimous [2:16] Motion passed [2:16] ADJOURNMENT Commissioner Malakie made a motion to adjourn Commissioner Wakat Seconded the Motion Discussion: None Ayes: (7) Unanimous Meeting adjourned at 2:16 p.m.
