SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 126, Draft 2; Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2022-2023
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 126, Draft 2, the proposed Operating Budget for fiscal
year 2022-2023, to amend appropriations in the following Highway Fund expenditure accounts:
Decreases the Highway Engineering S&W, Regular S&W account by $45,000; and
Increases the Highway Maint Admin Eqpt, Constr& Repair (?Tactor.Mower- $11,250,
Water Truck- $11,250, Grader- $11,250, and Skidsteer - $11,250) account by $45,000.
Funds taken from the Department of Public Works' S&W account will come from not yet filled
positions and will stay within the department to fund expenses associated with highway
maintenance equipment.
The above amendments to the Highway Fund accounts are reflected in detail in the table below:
