The application for a product tasting permit is approved and subject to the following:
1. Liquor may be mixed to show its versatility.2.Total consumption per person shall not exceed:a.One (1) ounce of distilled spirits, orb.Five (5) ounces of wine, or
c. Twelve (12) ounces of beer, but not in combination.3. Tastings shall be for adults twenty-one (21) years or older.4. A retailer may charge for product tasting to help offset costs.5.This permit shall be posted at the tasting site.
