Kam $20 2nd Floor Conference Room Classes will be closed on the following HOLIDAYS: August 19, 2022 (Admissions Day) & September 5, 2022 (Labor Day) West Hawaii Class Information AGE: Must be 55 years of age or older to participate. ENROLLMENT: Registration will be closed when class limit is met. Class size is dependent on room size and student/teacher ratio. You will need Elderly Activities Division Kupuna card to participate in activities. If you do not have an identification card please call the ERS office at 808-323-4340 to schedule an appointment. ERS Release of Claims/Emergency Information Form must be completed prior to starting activities. SUMMER REGISTRATION: General registration will start the first day of class. First come, first serve. PLEASE, NO REGISTRATION BY TELEPHONE. Pre -registration for students currently enrolled in the course will be on the last day of class in the quarter. COSTS: Participants will be required to pay a registration fee per class. The fee will be $10.00 for the entire session whether it's 8, 9, or 10 classes and will be collected at the first and second class. Classes that are 2 hours or more will be $20 per class. The monies will be used to support all programs and ERS activities. No refunds after the second class. Do NOT pay office. Please pay in class. If paying with cash please bring exact change. If paying by check please make checks payable to: County Director of Finance. *Line dancing classes - Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. *Hula classes - Wear comfortable clothes, a lava lava (sarong) or pa'u skirt are welcome but not required. *Senior Fitness - at least 3 pound weights *Ukulele class - Bring a ukulele, a music stand and a pen/pencil. *Card making class - Starting from the 2nd class, scissors and double -sided tape will be needed. Will go over details at the 1st class. Services and opportunities to participate in Elderly Recreation programs are provided to persons JJ years or older withont regard to race, color, national origin, sex, disability or religion.
