In order to accept public testimony on this change, a public hearing on the amendments was held. The commission may make a decision to adopt the amendments. • Discussion regarding scheduling Fire Commission meetings at Council Chambers. Hawaii Fire Commission Meeting Agenda June 30, 2022 Page 2 EXECUTIVE SESSION (CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC) The commission will meet in executive session to work on the evaluation of the Fire Chief, and may consult with the commission's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS Sections 92-5, (a) (2) (4) (6) and the Hawaii County Charter 13-20 (b). ANNUAL EVALUATION OF FIRE CHIEF KAZUO TODD (OPEN SESSION) ANNOUNCEMENTS • The commission's next monthly meeting is to be determined.
