UNFINISHED BUSINESS
• At its May 11, 2022 meeting, the Fire Commission approved proposed amendments
to the Fire Commission's Rules and Regulations. In order to accept public testimony
on this change, a public hearing on the amendments was held. The commission may
make a decision to adopt the amendments.
• Discussion regarding scheduling Fire Commission meetings at Council Chambers.

EXECUTIVE SESSION (CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC)
The commission will meet in executive session to work on the evaluation of the Fire
Chief, and may consult with the commission's attorney on questions and issues
pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities
pursuant to HRS Sections 92-5, (a) (2) (4) (6) and the Hawaii County Charter 13-20 (b).
