Pursuant to the opinion of the Supreme Court of the
State of Hawaii entered on December 2, 2021, the Leeward
Planning Commission of the County of Hawaii' s withdrawal of the
special permit application dated October 4, 2016 is vacated and
the case is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the
opinion.
