Based on meetings with the Deputy Director, it is our understanding that you intend to request to
defer the hearing for Troutman. If this is the case, please provide a letter requesting the deferral as
soon as possible.
The filing fee will be waived since the department agrees a deferral is necessary to address
outstanding issues with the application.
