I empathize with you on that as I too had covid last month, so I completely understand that the brain
fog is real! I hope you are feeling better!
Because the first mailing was incomplete and the sign wasn't posted until July 18, 1 think it's best we
defer until the September 1, 2022 WPC hearing to provide the public ample time to provide
testimony. We won't charge you the $250 for the deferral fee.
Given the automatic approval language in State law,will you please respond to this email with a
request to defer to September 1, 2022 as well as a statement that the applicant waives the
automatic approval provision in HRS 46-89?

Aloha Christian,
I need to call to your attention that the First Notice did not include any attachments. I had COVID
when preparing it and wasn't thinking straight.
The second notice included everything. I haven't heard from anyone asking for more information.
If you think we should reschedule the hearing so that I can resend the first notice, that's okay. I'd
rather go forward next week but don't want any complications. Your thoughts please.
