The <br />properties are located north of Kekuanaoa Street, at the northeast corner of Kekuanaoa Street and <br />Hinano Street and the northwest corner of Kekuanaoa Street and Laukapu Street, Waiakea House <br />Lots, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, TMK: 2-2-34: 66, 78 & 79. <br />ALAMEDA:We are on unfinished business. This is our Agenda Item No. 1, Big Island <br />Candies; and this is a Change of Zone from Single-Family Residential 10,000 square feet <br />(RS-10) to General Commercial 20,000 square feet (CG-20) for approximately 45,450 square <br />feet of land.
