MINUTES: (Motion required) 1. Draft Minutes of July 11, 2022, regular session was posted and emailed to the commission on August 16, 2022. V. OLD BUSINESS: 1. Discussion No. 2 continues on the proposed revisions to Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Hawaii County PONC Draft Revision No. I from the July 11, 2022, meeting. Copies of the proposed revisions are available to the public for review either via the Board Packet or by request to the Commission Secretary. V1. NEW BUSINESS: 1. 2023 Stewardship Grant Applications recieved by August 31, 2022. The commission is to interview each applicant, hold a discussion, and recommend to the finance director on findings of each application. Note: List of Stewardship Grant Applicants will be available on September 2, 2022, as part of this agenda. 2. 2023 Suggestion Form. The commision may discuss, review, and make revisions to the current Suggestion Form pertaining to Question #7 and #9, as discussed in the July 11, 2022 meeting. Vill. ANNOUNCEMENTS: 1. The 2022 Prioritized List Summaries are due to secretary by October 21, 2022, or sooner. 2. The next public meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 14, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Hilo Council Chambers, 25 Aupuni Street, Suite 1401, Hilo, Hawaii. 96720. 3. Suggest agenda items for the Monday, November 14, 2022. Vill.
