Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Hawaii FireContingency
Department to provide a grant to the Daniel R. Sayre Memorial Foundation to purchase water
safety crafts and related equipment for the Hawai`i Fire Department's Ocean Safety Division.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$4,250 from the Clerk-Council Services—
