1. Please ask the County Council to fund a facilitator to organize meetings with
stakeholders before the release of the Request for Applications comes out this fall.
2. Please fund a grant writer for Environmental Protection Agency funds if Research and
Development does not have the capacity to do so.
Administrative support in the way of meeting facilitator and grant writer is crucial for creation of
effective policy on Zero Waste initiatives for our precious island.
