EMC it is recommended the county council fund a facilitator to organize meetings with state
holders ahead of the release of the request for applications that is expected to come out this
fall. Waiting until the RFA comes out will not give for much time to organize stake holders in
the development of an application.
EMC can you fund a grant writer, if R&D does not have the capacity to do so.
