The <br />Annual Report summarizes the first 1-1/2 years of the VisionKeepers accomplishments <br />for the EnVision Downtown Hilo 2025: Community-based Vision and Living Action <br />Plan for Downtown Hilo. The EDH 2025 Plan was adopted by County Council <br />Resolution 192-05 on November 22, 2005. <br />APPLICANT: JIEYU SHEPARD (SPP 07-000045) <br />2. <br />Special Permit to allow the use of an existing agricultural warehouse building for storage <br />of tile, cabinets and home furnishing on approximately 1,000 square feet of land in the <br />State Land Use Agricultural district.
